"Breakfast at Tiffany's" and its Influence in Women's History and Fashion

For this new collection, Mena wanted to pay tribute to one of her favorite movies: "Breakfast at Tiffany's". This movie encapsulates so much of what Mena holds close to her heart: her muse, Audrey Hepburn; timeless fashion; a vibrant city and a darling love story. 

The tale of Holly, a funny and free spirited woman, spoke to an entire generation looking for a change. Holly showed women that they could be wholesome and independent. She showed that being unattached could be fun. She showed that style and glamour was available to anyone and everyone. 

Breakfast at Tiffany's became one of the most iconic movies of the 20th century. Holly's image by the Tiffany's window is one of the most recognizable images in the world. Breakfast at Tiffany's is responsible for the reinvention of the little black dress, the boom of the big dark sunglasses and the birth of the Modern Woman. This Collection is a tribute to that movie and its eternal impact in Women's history.
